Shipping Policy

Making sure you receive your item undamaged, as described and on time is a priority for us. We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience all the way to the shipping and delivery. We package out items to ensure safe travels to your doorstep.  Over the year we have established relationships with our local shippers that help us get your items to you quickly and safely. Once your items have shipped you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package the moment it leaves our hands. If you have any issues with delivery, please reach out directly to the delivery service provider to inquire about your package.

Orders can take up to 30 days to complete. Please keep this in mind when ordering. While some items may be shipped within a week, others may take additional time. All items are created by hand with great skill, love, and care. This process cannot be rushed. We ask that you provide us with enough time to create your item by ordering at least 30 days prior to the time that you need it. If you need an item quickly, please reach out to us prior to ordering to check to see if the package could ship and arrive sooner than the 30 day mark.

 

• All items are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail) and UPS.

• Shipping usually takes 1-7 days to arrive (holidays and weekends can impact the delivery speed).

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once items are shipped.

• Smaller items under 10 oz may be charged a shipping fee of $6.00 or less. This will be stated in the listing; otherwise, all items ship free.

• All delivery services used by Influent Hues have guaranteed delivery.
