Something Not Quite Right?

Mistakes can happen. We try our absolute best to provide you with the best. While our items are created by hand, mistakes can happen. Your satisfaction is our number one priority is your satisfaction. We want to create and all around shopping experience from the moment you land on our page all the way past delivery. Our items are made to last for a long time. If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase, please reach out to us so we can make it right. We offer full refunds, partial refunds, and exchanges on our items (except custom orders).

Refund Policy - the basics

If your item was created in the wrong color, size, or any error on our part, we offer a full refund or exchange. If you chose exchange, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item(s). Please contact us via email influenthues@gmail.com and describe your concern along with photos.

If the item was damaged during transit, please contact the delivery service to get reimbursed. All items are fully insured when shipped. Be prepared to provide tracking numbers and other shipping information to the shipping service provider.

Changed your mind? It happens to the best of us. Items can be returned for a refund MINUS - a %15 restock fee and 5% processing fee.

General Return & Refund Info (applies to all)

Items can be returned 14 days after confirmed delivery. Be sure the item is post marked and received by the carrier BEFORE day 14 after confirmed delivery.
When you do your return shipment, you must include a tracking number. It is recommended that the package is insured for the full value. If the item is not received back to us you may not be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received unworn and with tags
No returns on any custom orders!
No returns on gift cards.
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Item must be in the same condition as it was when it arrived.
All returns will be inspected by Influent Hues prior to refunds being issues and exchanges being excepted. Influent Hues reserves the right to determine the amount of the refunds of items that were not due to creator error.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment source within 7 days of receipt and inspection. Please check with bank to determine how long it will take to receive.
All exchanges will receive a store credit in the form of a code to be redeemed for purchase. This will allow you to repurchase the item or select another item.
